Delivery Schedule:
We aim to dispatch the goods within one business day of receiving your order. Orders received before 10pm will be dispatched the same day.
A Business day is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please note that delivery’s which are dispatched on the Friday will arrive on the following week.
Bank holidays: National and International deliveries will not be dispatched on these holidays. Any delivery which has been dispatched and is likely to arrive on a bank holiday will encounter a delay due to delivery schedules from the courier service being used.
The standard method of delivery in the UK takes about 1-3 days from the date of dispatch. For non-UK Mainland addresses in Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland are charged at a higher rate due to distance and remoteness. It may also take 2-5 days from the date of dispatch for your parcel to arrive.
European Delivery will take 2-7 days to arrive from the date of dispatch. Each country will be automatically selected from your register shipping address.

If you require a delivery to a country which does not appear on the list above, then please contact us and we will be happy to locate prices and inform you of the costs.
Free Delivery over £40 All orders which exceed £40 are automatically sent out free. This offer is only available in the UK mainland only. A charge is still applied to UK Islands and international orders.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel those lines if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Most Items on this site are VAT exempt. Where a product is subject to VAT, the price stated online will include VAT.
Credit Card Security Our payment service provider is PAYPAL. Once you are ready to make a payment, you will be directed to make a payment on a secure PAYPAL window. Other then your registration details, we do not hold your Card Details on our database.
Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you receive. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with the products delivered, please contact us in the first instance. We will be happy to refund or replace your item once we have received the original. Please see our returns policy for details. This Guarantee is subject to the UK only.
Spices4u cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in any way in transit. Replacements will be on a discretionary basis only.
Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. The only case where we disclose your details to third parties are for delivery purposes.
Returns Policy You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or provide a replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection. The cost of returning goods to be borne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/return in addition to the cost of the goods. Spices4u will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proof of posting. |
